The Coachhouse

Templeconnell Coach House is a charming, enchanted and beautifully restored 350 year old North Cork heritage property, set in a very scenic location, just 5 minutes from the N20 Cork-Limerick road, with panoramic views of the Ballyhaura mountains. It offers a very safe environment and an exceptionally comfortable and excellent touring base for exploring Cork, Limerick, Killarney, Tipperary and the South West of Ireland.

The owners Geraldine and John Buckley take great care and pride to present the best possible experience of self catering in Ireland to all our guests. The Buckley family have farmed here for five generations, spanning three centuries, and Templeconnell is still a working farm, classified as a Special Area of Conservation and farmed under organic principles.

The Coach House contains two self catering apartments and has been completely renovated and tastefully decorated to retain the character and charm of the original building with timber beams throughout and arched doorways in both apartments. Guests can enjoy the landscaped gardens with a patio area for barbeques before retiring with all the comforts of home. We are located 4 Km from the picturesque village of Churchtown and the busy medieval market town of Buttevant with The Crossroads Bar a mere 2km stroll, on a country lane, where a unique country pub atmosphere can be sampled with regular traditional music sessions and weekly live entertainment. All fixtures and fittings at The Coach House are of the highest quality and we can assure our guests of a warm and friendly welcome and a luxury rental in the heart of Munster.
